Air-dry density: Mass divided by volume, expressed in kilograms per cubic metre (kg/m3) when describing timber. In timber, density varies with moisture content. Density values are average values to the nearest 5 kg for the species in the air-dry (seasoned, 12% moisture content) condition, based on the most reliable information available. A range is given where a species or species group is known to have high variability in density.
There are currently no values set for this field group.
